Words cannot fully describe the amount of gratitude I have for Uzzil. I am currently deployed, my husband is out-of-state, and we are new at home purchasing That right there is enough for a real estate agent to run the other way, but not Uzzil! She took the time to listen to our requirements and wishes and took to the ground running. She communicated through a variety of mediums (skype, phone, text, email) and reiterated everything twice or three times because of everyone being in different locations. I don’t think we went longer than a day or two without hearing a status update from her. She was so attentive that at times I thought we were her only client (which was definitely not the case). She held our hands throughout the entire process and answered every question we had at any time of the day. I found her to be very knowledgeable with the northeast area of Anchorage. I do not think I could have found a more honest and caring agent. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone and everyone who is thinking about purchasing a home in Alaska. I couldn’t be happier.
