Uzzil is very industrious and puts her clients first. She always made herself available on my schedule and is very familiar with the area. She also knows everyone in real estate so has connections where other realtors may not. She has a network of lenders and other agents that work 24/7 the way that she does so she can facilitate deals that other agents wouldn’t even attempt. I unequivically recommend Uzzil
Uzzil was always available to answer questions. She guided me to the homes that were exactly what I was looking for. Paper work was provided through docusign and I was able to complete all of it while in the remote areas of Alaska. She understood my needs as a veteran. I was provided a lender that had the right loan for me.

Words cannot fully describe the amount of gratitude I have for Uzzil. I am currently deployed, my husband is out-of-state, and we are new at home purchasing That right there is enough for a real estate agent to run the other way, but not Uzzil! She took the time to listen to our requirements and wishes and took to the ground running. She communicated through a variety of mediums (skype, phone, text, email) and reiterated everything twice or three times because of everyone being in different locations. I don’t think we went longer than a day or two without hearing a status update from her. She was so attentive that at times I thought we were her only client (which was definitely not the case). She held our hands throughout the entire process and answered every question we had at any time of the day. I found her to be very knowledgeable with the northeast area of Anchorage.
