I purchased my home in August 2017 and as a demanding buyer looking for everything on my list to check off, I was surprised to find my home in Anchorage within a few weeks of searching while living in Fairbanks. Uzzil made my search a priority so I would not have to find a rental and go through the process of putting down a deposit, finding storage and so forth. She was able to look at the home with a trusted friend the same day I found it and I flew in to Anchorage to view it the next day. Uzzil helped save me over $12k in the negotiating process when the sellers were very difficult to work with. I’m happy to say I’m still loving my home almost 2 years later!

Buying a home for the first time is very scary and stressful, however, Uzzil and Nevie were an outstanding team in helping us through this process.
