Our son purchased an apartment from Uzzil a couple of years ago and she went way above the norm to help him find and close on a four-plex. So, when it came time to sell our home in Anchorage, we contacted Uzzil. Since we were out-of-state she prepared all paperwork through docu-sign and the process went perfectly! Then came the big surprise: the home had an offer on it the same day it was listed. Again, Uzzil helped us through the process from offer to closing. Even including recommending a contractor to take care of the few outstanding items that resulted from the home inspection.
